Why file a complaint?

The complaint examination procedure has been conceived with the mind of improving the quality of services. It enables the Health and Social Services network to remain vigilant to the needs expressed by the users and to provide for the observance of their rights. Laying a complaint or expressing dissatisfaction allows for the identification of systemic problems and helps with the implementation of corrections.

Laying a complaint allows you, among other things, to:

  • Express the causes of your dissatisfaction.
  • Improve the quality of services.
  • Correct a situation.
  • To assert your rights.

Who may file a complaint?

  • User: The person who has received, receives, should have received or requires services.
  • Legal representative: Holder of parental authority, curator, guardian, legal representative, spouse or close relation of a full age inapt person.
  • Heir or legal reprensative of a deceased person.
